So, we’re about 2 months away from the wedding and you know what that means! Time to crunch abs, tone arms, and drop that dead weight!
I’ve been slacking pretty awfully, but Sungjin has been trying really hard to get fit and eat healthy. He’s actually starting to slowly let go of his fried foods and fatty beef, and moving on to vegetables and grilled meats!
No more “chicken & broccoli without broccoli” orders from Chinese take out! ;)
He’s also been working out:
I’m a bad influence on him though because I give up too easily. My recovery time is terrible and I fear the crippling pain and soreness. It’s just so dreadful! I’m going to have to keep looking at those motivational exercise pins on Pinterest. They probably won’t inspire me, but it’s worth a try!
For now, I’m going to try to do these arm exercises every day starting… tomorrow ;)
